Shipping Policy

All packages within the United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. If you do not receive your order within seven to fourteen business days of receiving a notification, please contact customer support by emailing: support@naturalhairqueen.net.

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Natural Hair Queen will not make address adjustment unless notified. Please take a moment to verify that you are entering the correct address for shipping before your order is completed. Natural Hair Queen is not responsible for products delivered to the wrong address. If the product is undeliverable it will be up to the purchaser to repay for shipping.

In the event that you have entered the wrong address immediately email support at support@naturalhairqueen.net with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

International Shipping

Please note it is the reasonability of the purchaser to pay all applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. Also, it is up to the purchaser to inform themselves of their country and local regulation and policies and abide by them. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties and tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on shipping of the package if it is refused by Customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
