Shipping Method: 

All packages in the United States are shipped USPS.

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. If you do not receive your order within seven to fourteen business days of receiving notification of release, please contact customer support by emailing support@naturalhairqueen.net.

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

Delivery Rates And Fees:

Order value up to $10: Continental US: Standard (ground) 3 to 7 business days  $2.99.

Order value over $10: Continental US: Standard (ground) 3 to 7 business days $5.99.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently only ship internationally on request. If you are interested in a custom shipping quote for international shipping please contact us at support@naturalhairqueen.net.

Please note it is the purchaser reasonability to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s reasonability to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties and tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on shipping of the package if it is refused by Customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
